Still Alive.....

just haven't felt like posting. Not sure what the problem is either. I think it's partly due to all the hours I've been working. Trying to get things ready for Christmas.

And I think it's partly due to this blah I've been feeling. Is it the holiday blahs??? I don't know. I'm hoping it will pass soon. I'm seriously behind in reviews. I do hope to get that rectified soon.

More later.....

Write about a different kind of book than you usually do, maybe a photography book, art book, childrens book, holiday book or something a bit different. It might inspire you.

I've seen several people say they are experiencing this. Maybe it has something to do with everyone being stretched so thin because of the holidays.

Hope you are able to get some down time to relax soon.

Ah, Stephanie, thanks for letting us know you are ok.
Relax, don't stress, just come by and wave hi now and then. If it's a stress, don't blog, read, enjoy your kids.

Many Christmas concerts this year?

I hope you recover from the "blahs"! I know how it feels and it definitely sucks. Usually some time away is a very good cure. Just don't stay away for too long!

I say take a long hot bath, with some candles, scented and "green" soaps and salts, and relax with a photography or art book. Put on some great relaxing music and just close those eyes.

Well, no need to worry about us, but I do hope you're feeling better soon! Hope that Christmas spirit comes and just kicks those Christmas blahs to the curbside! (((Hugs)))

Sounds like we had the same thought today...the need to at least let people know that we are still around and an admittance of the blahs! I think I've kicked mine and I sincerely hope you do yours as well. Like you, work had a very large part in my mood and inspiration level over the past several weeks.

Like Debi says, no need to worry about us! We're not going anywhere. I do hope you feel better though Steph. I've gone through a couple of real funks this year and I know how miserable it can be. Big hugs to you!!!

Like everyone said, don't worry about us! I just hope you feel better about things in general soon, dear Stephanie. Know that we miss you, but we'll be here when you get back, and we certainly understand the need to be away sometimes. *hug*

hope you are feeling better soon. It sounds like you need a double Margarita and a good book to read. :0)

Sometimes you just need a little time off, but I like Book Calendar's idea, though, if you feel up to posting. I often toss something different into the mix, when I need a little inspiration -- or fall back on whatever happens to be my brain candy of choice (it's changed, over the years). Just post when you feel like it. We'll still be here if you're not back till after Christmas. Hugs!

I feel it too. Hardly seems like the holidays. With so much bad economic news, you feel almost guilty smiling and laughing these days. But what goes down must go up, no? Hang in there, Stephanie.
